Notice is hereby given of a Special General Meeting of all members of the East Bentleigh Soccer Club Inc to be held on

 Monday 26th July at 8.00pm

Bailey Reserve Clubrooms  East Boundary Road, East Bentleigh

This meeting is being convened to ratify and vote on changes to the current Club Constitution and elect the 2011 Committee. The special resolution is to amend the Constitution to limit the tenure of the Club’s executive to 3 years with the option of applying for the same position if there is no other nomination. This shall be the only business to be conducted at this meeting.

Copies of the current and proposed amended Constitutions are available for inspection by members at the East Bentleigh Soccer Club training facilities, Bailey Reserve, East Boundary Road, East Bentleigh or may be forwarded electronically to individual members on request.

All members of the Club are invited to attend. For members unable to attend in person, a Proxy voting form can be found here
