Encourage their children before & after, not during the game (that's the coach's job).

Our coaching coordinator will provide assistance and support throughout the season.
Coaches have access to a comprehensive coaching manual with an extensive library of drills and activities.
All our coaches are eligible for an end of season rebate. All coaches are provided with an EBSC jacket.

Team Manager: Every team requires a Team Manager. This is a team administration role which requires approximately 1 hour per week. The majority of the role can be completed at home with a computer and some administrative support is required on match days.

Team managers, make sure that every team parent knows where & when training is and also advises the same for games. They should also organise a roster for parents to bring oranges and snakes (see above) to each game.

The manager is also the conduit between the team & the club officials. The club does send emails to members, but the team manager will also be used as a method to distribute information.
